Over 25 years of insurance experience and licensed both property casualty and life/health. She has experience on the company side, direct writer side and the independent side of the insurance industry Her goal is to see clients be long term and the staff to enjoy being at their job. Great Pride is taken to make sure client service is first and at the best possible product and pricing.
Marissa Allen, Office Manager, New Business, IT assistant
Marissa has 8 years insurance experience and 7 have been with Bluebonnet Pride Insurance. She is property and casualty licensed and close to completing a degree in computer technology. Marissa assists with all Service training and needs in the agency as well as overseeing all networking and technology issues. Marissa knows the agency workings in detail and will work to any client with their insurance concerns.
Joy Massey, Accounting and Billing
Joy joined Bluebonnet Pride in early 2007 and is becoming a strong asset to the agency. She is dependable and takes her job very serious. Joy is responsible for all incoming payments and sweeps, billing issues, commission account reconciliation, and invoice collections.
Heather Cartwright, Personal Lines Account Executive
Heather joined Bluebonnet Pride in 2007 and has over 3 years of independent agency experience. She handles all the personal lines renewals, account rounding and changes. Heather takes to assess clients policies needs and works to assist personal lines clients with changes, claims or new coverage issues.
Deanna Koster, Commercial Account Executive
Deanna is a licensed Agent with a both personal and commercial lines coverage. She came to Bluebonnet Pride in 2008 and has quickly become an asset to the agency. She worked as an medical office business manager prior to her insurance career and thus understands the commercial account needs and takes great care in assisting commercial clients. Deanna prepares certificates, makes changes to policies and works all commercial renewals for retention and account rounding opportunities and assisting new commercial clients with their proposals.
Tasha Dowell, Personal Lines Account Executive
Tasha joined Bluebonnet Pride in October of 2007 and obtained her license shortly after. She strives for customer satisfaction when servicing existing clients and works hard to find new policies for those new to Bluebonnet Pride Insurance Agency Inc . Tasha works primarily with personal lines but can assist with your small business needs too.
Jullee Mapes, Life, Health and Financial Planning Executive
Jullee joined Bluebonnet Pride January 2008 with a strong 21 year background life, health and Financial Planning. She obtained a Property Casualty license after joining Bluebonnet Pride as well as her Texas Series 6 licensing (first license was in Colorado).
She takes great pride in assisting clients to find Health, Life, dental, disability and financial product help.
